How do I get from the Airport to the Riad?
Contact us before you arrive and we can arrange for someone to meet you from the airport and bring you to the Riad in style. For stays 4 nights or more we offer 2 free airport transfers per booking(arriving on the same flight)* Only for guests who have booked directly with the Riad.( from/to Airport of Marrakech only)
What are the benefits of booking direct?
There are many benefits of booking direct. We offer the best price for direct bookers, along with the following benefits:
- For 4 Night Stays: 2 Free airport transfers per booking
- For 5 Nights : 2 Free airport transfers per booking
- For 6 Nights Stays: 2 Free airport transfers per booking , a bottle of wine
- For 7 or more Nights Stays: 2 Free airport transfers per booking , and free 30 min relaxing massage for 2 persons, a bottle of wine.
- Free upgrade if availability upon arrival.

Is the Riad suitable for children?
The Riad has a policy of no children under the age of 12.
Do you offer a tour guide?
Yes, we have a dedicated tour guide that works for our Riad tailoring the tour to each individual’s need.**with an extra fee** contact us for the rates.
Can i choose a specific room or a room by name?
The room allocation will be done 4-6 days before your arrival, we will take your request and will do the maximum to grant you the requested room but cannot guarantee that you will be allocated a specific room when we are fully booked.
This is the main reason why we sell rooms in categories.
What is your booking policy?
We have a booking policy of a minimum lenght of stay of 3 consecutive nights and we do make exceptions for a 2 consecutive nights stay but only 1 or 2 weeks before your requested dates.
What is your cancellation and modification policy?
For cancellations from 30 days till 8 days before check-in we charge 50% of the total booking amount, from 7 days from check-in to arrival day or “no Show” we charge the 100%. For any modifications for the dates of your stay, you can modify(add or remove days from your initial booking) up to 30 days before arrival.
Do i need to make a deposit to secure the booking?
Yes, to guarantee and validate your booking we ask either a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay for standard rates or 100% of the total amount of your stay for non-refundable rates. If the guest do not cancel the reservation within the cancellation notice period or does not arrive at the hotel(no-show), the hotel will keep the 50% of the total reservation on standard rate. Whereas the deposit of 100% made for non-refundable rates are non-refundable in any circumstances.
Without the deposit the hotel risks being left with an empty room, perhaps having referred requests from other protected guests.
Does the Riad serve alcohol or can we bring our own alcohol and food during the stay?
Regarding the liquor license: we have an exclusive alcohol licence from the Moroccan authorities (which is very rare) which allow us to sell alcohol within the Riad, so only alcohol bought inside the riad is permitted. Food & drinks bought outside the Riad are not allowed also inside the Riad. We have this strict policy as we have a lot of control from the authorities and they can shut down the business without notice if the rules are infringe.

Are visitors allowed or can i visit the Riad if i am not a resident?
As it happens our restaurant , spa and all the riad is exclusively for our resident guests and as per our policy we are not open to visitors.
As we are a Romantic riad and 90 % of our guests are couples, honeymooners or are here for a romantic trip and from past experience we know that they want the Riad to be calm and accessible everywhere and do not want to be disturb.
We have these policies, so that all our guests can fully enjoyed their stay .
